Enjoy our homely ABI Arizona 3 bedroomed static caravan, located on a private caravan park in Bacton, Norfolk.

Our caravan is a 5 minute walk away from Bacton beach, accessed through a private gate.

The picturesque resort town of Cromer is a short drive north, the larger seaside resort of Great Yarmouth and county city of Norwich are easily accessible for day excursions.

The area boasts miles of sandy beaches, excellent walking/nature trails and close to the famous Norfolk Broads The north Norfolk coast is renowned for its birdwatching with several nature reserves within easy reach.

We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our spacious four berth caravan.

The caravan comprises one double bedroom (with double divan bed) and two single - bedrooms (with single bed in each).

There is a spacious lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating. Comprising a gas fire, 32" Panasonic flat screen HDTV and SKY TV.

Gas, Electricity and WiFi Broadband are all included for the duration of your stay.

The dining area comprises circular dining table and four chairs.

A fully equipped kitchen, with gas cooker, under counter fridge with a small freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle and toaster are all provided..

The bathroom comprises toilet, wash hand basin and shower.

There is parking space for one family sized car on the grass next to the caravan. Although we would kindly appreciate care when parking your car between adjacent caravans. The speed limit on site is 5mph and we kindly ask that our guests adhere to this whilst their own car is on the caravan park.

We just kindly ask our guests to bring their own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and t towels. We hope everything else is provided for you to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets to stay in our caravan and check in time is between 5pm and 8pm. We kindly requests our guests to check out by 10am.

Duvets and pillows are provided. However you will need to bring your own double and single bedding with you. (Pillow cases, duvet covers, sheets). We also kindly request that you bring your own towels and t-towels.

Our caravan is strictly No Smoking and we appreciate you adhering to this.

Please note that our caravan is personally cleaned by ourselves as this ensures that it is cleaned to a consistent high standard that we would be happy to stay in.

Check-in time is 5PM - 9PM.

Self check-in with lockbox - code for access to the caravan keys will be forwarded nearer to your arrival date.

Checkout by 10am on day of departure.

There is parking for one family sized car and we would appreciate care and attention when parking your car.
There is a strict 5mph speed limit on site.
