Terms & Conditions

BOOKINGS - Trawnish Lodge is bookable from Saturday to Saturday and we ask that guests arrive after 3pm and depart by 11am, to allow for cleaning at change-over times. To make a booking, CLICK HERE >>.

DEPOSIT - A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. A £40 refundable deposit towards breakages/damage should be added to this. Cheques made payable to Rosemarie Gilchrist.

TELEPHONE - At present there is no telephone in the property, we suggest that you bring a mobile phone.

FINAL PAYMENT - The final payment will be due six weeks before you depart, please remember to deduct your 10% deposit.

INSURANCE & TICKETS - Please ensure that you have adequate insurance as we cannot refund your final payment.

DOGS & PETS - Dogs and pets should be carefully controlled as they are entirely the guests responsibility as we have ponies and sheep on the property. Adults and children must wear life jackets when boating.
