Description
This quaint fishing lodge has 2 compact bedrooms with bunk beds,
and can sleep 4 people in total. The main room has an open fireplace,
with a sofa perfect for relaxing after an active day and a dining
area which fits snugly into the corner. The kitchen leads off
the main room.
A large veranda with dining and bar-B-Q facilities is perfect for
viewing sunsets over the spectacular Lough McNean. A large lawn
provides ample family space and the shore of the lough is barely
200 metres away.
The area is quiet and has a great 'away from it all' feeling. The
surrounding area is famed for its local natural beauty and has many
designated viewing areas. If you are more adventurous, there is
a comprehensive water and activity center only five minutes drive
from Trawnish Fishing Lodge. For more information on the local area

Terrestrial TV, radio, board games. A boat can be hired
locally for fishing on the Lough. On Lough Melvin, just
6 miles away, a gilly service and boat may be hired and
fly-fishing lessons can be arranged.
Other amenities in the area cover hill climbing, walking,
cycling, canoeing and wind surfing, the Marble
Arch Caves and several National Trust properties.
